I have been working out

I have finally snapped.  I used to think once a week or two was enough.  It is not and I am getting serious with the working out or at the very least doing something positive once a day.

I have been playing basketball and biking almost everyday for the past two weeks.  I started doing crunches and squats with no weight to get back into doing them.

I realized that my toes are not up to the task of push ups.  Even the “girl” type popped my knee caps so I think that will come later.

My goal is to get down to a healthy weight.  I should weigh about 200, but ideal is about 180.  I am far from that but I think I can.

Eating healthy is a bitch though.  I am not a vegetable type.  Meat and potatoes please, but I that is some what healthier.  Not the best but it can work.

I have been on a chicken and fish thing with rice for awhile now but that is getting old.
